D is for Dynasty!

Well they did it. It wasn’t all that pretty but they did it. Final score was Patriots 24, Eagles 21.

It was a nail biter for everyone that had any interest in these two teams.

The first quarter was really bad, both teams couldn’t get any offense going and there were some really ugly blunders on both sides. Finally in the second quarter both teams started to get things moving and seemed to continue a bit into the second half.

The Eagles could have won if they’d done a better job of managing the clock. My wife and I were yelling: Why aren’t they hurrying up?

Thankfully there was no “questionable” calls at all through the game which made this a pretty clean game in that sense.

In the end, the Patriots D just did what they do best, hold on and win games.

It’s a great time to be a New England sports fan.

Amen! Its great to see them win once again. 3 times in 4 years. Deion Branch tying Jerry Rice’s 11 receptions in a SuperBowl. Bill Belichick surpassing the great Vince Lombardi with postseason wins (10-1). It truly is a great time to be a New England Fan. We need to send Judy some Patriot’s Championship tees ;) Now if we could only get the damn Celtics to get back to Bird and McHale form!

    Craig :)
